Teams file format in Sensible Soccer v1.1?

Did anybody ever reverse-engineered the teams file format for the old Sensible Soccer v1.1? Or is there any teams editor that is compatible with those formats? I mean the PC/DOS port, although according to this thread , both the PC and the Amiga versions seem to use the same format.

The reason is that, although the editor in the game is great, however you cannot change neither the player numbers nor their skills. And I enjoy the v1.1 version more than SWOS, so I'd like to be able to at least edit the player skills.

I suppose I can decipher the format myself, but I'd rather don't reinvent the wheel if it's done already.
