More and more accurate PC SWOS conversion (2012.04.27)

These mods were generated by bmp2raw converter( www.sensiblesoccer.info/forum/index.php?topic=21289.0 ) and
input bitmap files were decoded from PC SWOS pitch data files(.dat, .blk) by internal function of bmp2raw converter.
