Cant Install wont load

Cant Install wont load was created by P2PLeon
Hi I played this back on the amiga 600 swos 96/97 after championships.
Now I have the original cd for pc but I am on linux mint, I also have the championship europa edition, but for the life of me cannot get it to install nor to load properly. I have only ever got it working once on kde plasma, and that was a flux.
Now could somebody point me in the right direction to only use what I have.
Disclaimer, I also purchased the GOG version of the 96 season, but that does not even work.
I have distro hoped many occassion just to play this game.
if there is a work around i could do please do not hesitate to say.
As I would only like to use the original cd's.

Beware, this PC version from GOG is a quite different version of the game compared to the Amiga original

1. click on DLC cloud icon in launcher
2. download and enable 96/97 database
3. play game
4. enjoy
