ABOUT:
AFC Richmond is a fictional team, despite being portrayed as a competitor in the Premier League in the
Ted Lasso TV series.
However, while Coach Lasso's team is not real, the club understandably takes some inspiration from
actual football teams in England and plays up to the idea that it is real.
Premier League club Crystal Palace appears to be the main inspiration for AFC Richmond, considering
the detail that the team colours are red and blue with a hint of yellow.
HOW TO PLAY:
Extract both RICHMOND 23 PREMIER LEAGUE files to your SWOS 2020/swos folder and then
LOAD the RICHMOND 23 PREMIER LEAGUE.CAR file from within the game.
RELEASE NOTES:
• Optional .CAR file to start your career in DIVISION ONE
• Crystal Palace got replaced by AFC Richmond (Premier League)
• Millwall got replaced by AFC Richmond (Division One)
• You start your career from the original 2022/23 database
• Optional HARD MODE for both PREMIER LEAGUE and DIVISION ONE
• Coach Ted Lasso got the English nationality since you can't choose USA
• Player skills and value are based on FIFA 23 and transferred into SWOS
