moving clubs to groups in the champions league

the placement of clubs in gruop was poorly done. But it is enough to change the order in the offsets marked in the photo twice so that the clubs go to other group 1,2,3,4. The Netherlands was placed in the 3rd basket, when the second was rosia and serbia. there was stupidity. the first and second basket entered without play-offs. in the third I reduced by one club. practically before each season you can set according to your preferences. Contrary to appearances, the order of leagues in this offset gives places in groups 1,2,3,4. Here are my settings:
