Hi, after updating SWOS to 1.5.2version, no sounds at all. I saw a new section has been added as DLC in which is possible to customize sounds effects as commentaries and sounds like bumps and twirls.I am use to play against PC. I run the game through Windows 10. Can somebody help me? Any suggestion?

1. can you be more specific about "no sound at all"?
2. which commentary and sound sfx were selected?
3. what is your custom sound sfx setting?

H, thanks for your prompt reply.
1. After installing the newer version, commentaries and any sounds have disappeared.
2. Pierluigi Pardo and José Altafini commentary; Official 2021 sound
3. No custom sound sfx setting was selected

1. can you share screenshots of commentary and sound fx tab in dlc manager?
2. can you share screenshot of dlc tab in launcher?
3. completely uninstall and reinstall, and then update via online updater. and run swos 2020 again

Drag and drop files onto the attachment button. Then it works

if you click "Play" buttom in the attachment screen, can you hear preview audio?
and if it does not work, completely reinstall swos 2020 from sensiblesoccer.de/swos-2020

Yes, since I have downloaded the proper DLC audio and selecting preview audio, I can hear the audio

please check out the following items
1. what is your installed folder name?
2. please check if the sound option on in the option menu
3. please upload swos.log (in swos folder) <== this is an important thing to resolve the issue!
