Career mode - Database was created by nicoX

I want to start my career mode with the 1990s database. Will it automatically change to 1991 once I finish the season? If not, will it work to change it manually?

Yes, it will proceed to 1991 automatically after first season.

Team database & Career Mode is set to default 1994, is that the earliest as I can see db 1990? Anyway it is not selecting 1994 it's selecting the 2021 team db I have set as enabled.

Do not change anything in "Advanced" tab of launcher. Do the following:
1) Go to DLC!
2) Click on 1990 database, download it!
3) Click "Select" (red circled!)
4) Tick "Enabled" (red circled!)
5) Close DLC!
6) Start game and start new career!
Season year will be set to 1990/91.

				Got it.
You say that in the players will change for next season in career mode. Does that change your own team as well?
1. Do I need to download and enable all the seasons for this to happen?
Some years have multiple databases, like 94/95, in career mode once the year changes which one will be selected? Should I just enable one of them?

No, that does not work! Only the season year progresses. Not the player database. That will always stay the same throughout your career. That's how the game always worked.

Select alone doesn't do anything. To make it work, you have to enable it.
